Why does this happen?
You shared the buyer’s personal information on the Amazon website with others. Amazon.co.jp sellers are not allowed to share, post or disclose order details, including the buyer’s name, address and phone number. This violates our policy. According to Article 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement, your Amazon seller account has been suspended.

How to reactivate my account?
To reactivate your sales account, please send an action plan stating the following:
- The fundamental reason why you share the buyer's personal information on the Amazon website with others.
- What measures have you taken to resolve related issues.
- The specific measures you take to prevent future sharing of the buyer's personal information on the Amazon website with others.

How to send the required information?
Click the "Appeal" button next to this message on the "Performance Notification" page of Seller Central and submit the information via https://sellercentral.amazon.co.jp/performance/notifications?ref=ah_em_op.

What happens if the requested information is not sent?
If we do not receive the requested information, your account will be suspended and the funds in your account may be frozen for 90 days or more.
